This drawing is from my flower bed. The pot looks so old world, I just love it. Found it a landscape shop in SC.

Ryder's Falls Stokes Co NC

This water fall is a few miles from my home. Its called Ryders Falls, not a big falls but awesome area. The stones and the trees are beautiful.

Yes I did take a bad fall getting out of the fence. Yes I did see the signs. To the owner of the land - please forgive me - I just had to have a good photo to draw from. And that really is my DNA you found in the barb wire fence.

Portrait in charcoal

This was fun to draw. Did get help from "teach" on this one. Of course she has to help me with almost everything good enough to post.

Changed the background and shape of head. Did it help any?

Drawing of the day

This drawing was done from a painting by Denise Rich. She paints the California Cows.
Her work is great - check her web site to see big beautiful cows.
